Eclipse

Hey everyone, yesterday I spent most of the night chillen with Steve and Alex from the Eclipse Stunt Crew. We're going to have a new video out either late tonight or sometime tomorrow. Another training vid that will be mixed with use taking a late night walk to IGA. haha.

Tomorrow however is my date with my Sammi babes and we're going to head to Barrie for the day to star gaze when the time comes. I'm excited, it's going to be great.

Also I posted a CRAP load of stuff on YouTube. I'll be making a post about it later.

Have a good long weekend everyone!

Keep the Films Comin'

Let's begin with the news for the past few weeks. I should first make mention to the main pages new vids here's the low-down. Hired Trailer is self explanitory, looks good eh? Now the next 5 vids (Ninja 5000, Klaus, The Collar, Pump Me Up, Dungeon) were all part of a performance done by my class for Improv and Clown. The vids will either have me or Dave in it. I put these up because, 1) Thought my parents should see what I'm learning in school; 2) As a treat to my class mates; 3) So people can get a feel for the comedy both Dave and I exhume - because we're trying to Greenlight a feature film that we're writing. 4) And because I think they're just the funniest! Then we have Tandem, interesting little movie that Alex shot. My Short reel I used at the audition for Duke's film (which I pulled out of due to my scheduel). Yanno, not getting paid for my time when I need the time for school and work.

Here's some more news. I've got at least 6 movies of varying length to be shot from now until past December. We'll have:

"Absolution Through Retribution" a short student film that I auditioned for and got the lead. It's about two roommates that get caught in a war of pranks.
"Souls of Greed" is a film in which I was offered a role of a champion poker player in a group of illegal gamblers.
"Untitled Term 5 Project": This is in the works and will be shot through August and September. Mockumentary style - not gonna reveal too much but expect to see Klaus back on screen.
"Untitled Dave Carrillo / DL MacDonald Project" this will be a feature length movie - the first to be produced by a production cmpany that some class mates are standing with me. D3M2J Productions. This comedy will focus on Dave and I in a traditional odd couple style. Consider us the next Farley and Spade perhaps? This will be filmed Oct - Nov. Hopefully in Toronto or we're goin south of the border.
"Engaged" Alex Chung's next slapstick romantic comedy actioner.
"Out of Time" A Sci Fi Thriller that Steve Clarke is writing.

That's all you're gettin from me about future projects right now! How bout I let you all know that we have a new stunt team and a replacement for JD - Productions. Since I'm part of D3M2J and Alex is part of ADF - we choose that our collaborations are under Fuse Productions. Our Stunt Team is now "Eclipse Stunt Crew" and we're under consideration to be Sponsored by Adidas.

I feel as if I'm missing something but this is all I have? I would however like to shout to my Love who's in Alberta ~ HAPPY YEAR AND TWO~

Keepin Up With Me

Here we go again, time to fill everyone up on my current news and situations. Where to begin? Well, I'm coming to a close with 4th term. We filmed a new bits of script for Scream and that went really well. I'd like to get a copy of it to put online when I get it. All my classes are going well, Improv is a lot of fun and on the 30th we'll be performing a show at 5pm in Studio 890 on the 8th floor of CBC for anyone who wants to attend. I'm trying to find another job because Blockbuster is not doing it for me. Tonight I'll be performing in a show here: Artists' Play, I'm part of Avenue Q. We also just performed the same routine at the Lula Lounge last Wednesday. I'm doing stunts in an independant feature film called "Classified" that will be filmed over July. The link will take you to the director; Duke Panache's site. I'm also back with Sammi, we seem to be happier than ever ad are working things out. I'm also more than likely going to be helping out with Hart of the Annex this summer. I'm friends with Hart, the star and his office is down the street from here so I'll be doing maybe crew work or some acting. Phaytrix is currently being re-edited, so I still haven't seen it. Alex is filming his new movie POE and will be making a stop in Toronto to film a scene with me for it, also we're trying to get some people together to film a huge group fight at St Clair and Spadina. I'll post the date of filming because I want whoever can to come out and film it with us. I'd like to say good luck to all those back home getting ready to graduate. And tomorrow is Father's Day. So Happy Father's Day Dad. I'm out for now, news as events warrant ;)

Happy Birthday Kris

Today is my younger sister; Kristine's 18th Birthday today. So since my present won't be there until Leo gets there I figured I'd publicly announce Happy Birthday From me! Your Big Brother and also from Sammi, my loving girlfriend, who is in Alberta right now. It is 4 in the morning right now and I'm still awake. My sleep scheduel is haywire right now between editing this new movie "Hired" and shooting American Pie 5: The Naked Mile in Hamilton and Toronto overnights I just don't know what is what. I slept pretty much all day today, which is why I'm up right now. I do think that now is the best time to go to sleep because I have to go and give the school my money tomorrow :( oh, how my busy scheduel gets the best of me some days. I'm probably gonna have more time to update this because Sammi is gne for 6 weeks and I'll have not much to do. So peace out my hommies. happy B-day Sis, and I miss you Sammi!

Busy Or Crazy?

Guess what I'm doing? I'm giving you guys a complete re-cap of what I've done since my last update..... starting with -

Wednesday; May 3rd, 2006: So I did manage to wake up on time to get to my class after being up so late cleaning my room. We pulled everything together perfectly to film the last 4 scenes in our project. Amazing that we finished that whole script. After class, as we usually do on Wednesday nights we all gathered outside the CBC and sat on the picnic tables where we all chat up while some drink and stuff. Always fun. Curtis decides to invite pretty much the whole class over, but really only Mike comes because he had to head to the Eaton Center while I stuck behind, o when we all headed to catch the trains, but when we hit St. George to transfer everyone decides that they're headin back to the East Side, where as Mike and I go West to Dufferin. Monique, Amanda and Michelle do end up finding their way over to ur place later on in the night. Around 1 we all decide to head to bed. Amanda left eralier. Mike has his own bed in the house that we let him use so he and Monique slept up there and Michelle was already crashin on my bed while I was doing work. Not like we slept at all that night because we spoke till 4 about our life growing up in smaller communities and now being in the big city. Why we do acting and what love means to use, that kinda stuff.

Thursday; May 4th, 2006: Mike and Michelle have class at 8; so Mike came in and woke us so she could head to class with him. I just stayed in bed so I could sleep. Not too long later Michelle came back saying she was a quitter and got back in bed and fell asleep again. We got up at 12 and took the bus to St Clair and Dufferin and from there we walked to her place near St Clair and Spadina. It was an awesome walk and such a nice warm breeze kind of day. Got to her place and decided we should go to lunch. Ended up at a small Italian place called "Da Maria" just east of Christie I believe. We had a nice meal and she had to run back home to get dressed for work. Myself, I was ready for work. So she ran ahead while I hobbled along with my bad foot and ended up meeting my uncle Leo who wanted me to give him my schedule so I could do some work for him too. Michelle meets back up with me, I take her almost the whole way to work before I need to turn around and go to work myself. While at work pretty much nothing happened. Once we closed at Midnight I walked east on Bloor to go to the RBC and withdraw my Rent money. Walked home from there without a problem, and went to sleep.

Friday; May 5th, 2006: Had Dialects class in the morning, we started Scottish. Had some lunch at Wendy's, and then Dave got sad that I atewithout him, but i still ended up goin to Dollar Pizza with him. Improv class was alright and then instead of me hanging around afterwards outside like we do on Wednesdays too, I left because I had to get ready for Nicole's birthday. I stoped at Blockbuster to pick up my uniform for later in the week and then headed home to shower and prepare. (Appearently Blockbuster was held up by Three Gunmen later on that night - everyone is alright). So I got all prettied up and headed to the Mink, where I was early so I went to the school... at 10 at night. I chatted with Agostino and Daniel about how class is and stuff like that. Got the call and went to the club where I hung out with Nicole and my cousin Katie aswell as the other invited guests. I left around 12:30 and got home at 1.

Saturday; May 6th, 2006: I did absolutely nothing today except for work on some website maintenance and projects. I also watched "Grandma's Boy" and "Munich" I loved them both..... very surprised that I liked G-Ma's Boy as much as I did. I recommended them both as long as you know what types of movies they are. I would say if you love Teen movies (Which I despise) You would be doing yourself a favor watching this because it has to be the best one out there. And If you want a high tension drama go and watch Munich... sure it's almost three hours, but you won't be sorry.

Sunday; May 7th, 2006: I had a nice little time working at St Clair and Alberta, so quiet there on a Sunday, loved it. And the nieghborhood, it's the very first blockbuster i visited, the night I came to Toronto I ended up there and renting Taxi.... shitty movie by the way. But it went smoothly. I've got Merwin who's going to be hooking me up in the business of Extra work without the need of an agency. For the last bit of that afternoon I went to Wal-Mart with Mischa and just hung out at home.

Monday; May 8th, 2006: We had class this day during our reading week. I left early so I could have a walk before school. And then we continued our Clown work. Mike came over after class so we could work on our Dialect Homework, we got together with Michelle and Monique again this night. Went to a bar where I sat back and did some Sudoku as they put some drinks back, Michelle and Mike went to the LCBO and left Monique and I there to wait for them and for the wings they ordered. After all that we went to Michelle's place and we all washed our feet for some reason. We played some rounds of Slap, where we found out I'm pretty fast at it... could have been because I wasn't drunk. Then they decided to play shot for shot, which I don't like playing so I went easy, despite the fact that I was getting punch with some force. Amazingly it was only 11:30 when Mike and I left, somehow it was 11:30!!! I was freakin... I thought it was so much later. So we went downtown and had some Pizza Pizza. Where they cut the slice in half for you, like most places here in Toronto.... you don't get that whack stuff back home, you get the slice of pizza like you should.... as a SLICE! But I ordered two Slices which means four pieces. I gave my last piece to some guy outside who I seen when we entered. And then whatever Spare change I had I gave to this fella who was on Yonge and Gerrard. We ended up goin to the Eaton Center around 12:30 because I had to pee. Went home and I went to sleep not long after.

Tuesday. May 9th, 2006: Today I hung out with Jourdan Chow. We met up downtown, walked around and chatted about what we've been up too, ended up back at my place where we decided to film a short fight on the roof, and it was really short because I do a fall in it and that's where we ended because I cut my back up pretty nice. As you can see from the pic. Later on after that I picked Sammi up after work and walked her the whole way home. It was nice to get back together with her for that small amount of time.

So here I am now telling you all what has happened. Today all I plan on doing is some much needed to get done homework. Also Good Luck Kristine as you make your way To Newfoundland! I'm pullin for ya! Well... Peace!

Zone of Silence

What a beautiful day today or yesterday! Pretty much since I woke up... at 8..... just enough time to catch that 9 o'clock class I had. I wore shorts and my green beater today, just walked around in the sun for the most part, after practicing for our Weds/Tomorrow/Today's class..... jeez, confusing eh, it's 3 o'clock... but I still consider it Tuesday, even though none of you will see this till Wednesday., please pretend you know what I'm writing.

Anyways, my great beautiful day..... I practiced my scenes and stuff after class with my group "Team C" and then after that I headed down to Union Station with Dave and Mike for our Dollar Pizza. Then we hung out as we ate the Pizza in this nice little alleyway where Dwayne ended up meeting up with us. AND THEN! Dave and I went back to the CBC and used room 833 to watch some episodes of Trailer Park Boys, so funny! And as usual Dave ended up dragging me to Scarborough, like he always does when I have nothing to do and we did some entertaining on the Subway. Some lady came on, miserable looking, and she looked like someone that couldn't take a joke too..... our type of challenge. We started off by talking about the Salami sandwich that was on the floor. Dave taking the approach that, if it's still fresh it's probably still good to eat, even though I had to point out you still wash fresh fruit and veggies if you want to eat them; this is after the fact that I asked him to eat it for $5. Lady thought that spiel was pretty funny.... then she's blind sided by our wit of the english language when I try to figure out the plurals of Hippopotamus and Platypus (which are Hippopotimi and Platypi respectively) - but I raise the daunting question that the suffixes are mixed up.... because "Us" means at least two and "I" means oneself..... "What the hell?" - and I made a terrible weak joke that the plural of "Apple Biscuits" is "Apple Pie"..... she got it though. Haha.

After gettin Dave to where he was going and getting on the bus with a lunatic driver goin crazy drivin West on Finch I managed to find my way down to Wellesley... why there? I dunno, but I wanted to have a nice sunny walk on Yonge Street before I wasted the day. Found that elusive Wendy's that was near my old apartment.... I was pretty po'ed when I realized how close it was... I mean, it was within a stones throw of the bank I frequent while I lived there.

Still, I ate and walked to College and took a street car to College and Dufferin, while on the street car though I decided to observe the Zone of Silence as we were taught by Melee last year. So what happens? There's a guy sitting across from me... with a pad and paper.... sketching me. I thought that was pretty cool. I ended up talking to him before he left and he showed me the sketch, he was really good at it.

Got off the Street car and walked home from College, such a nice walk! Fresh air up until Bloor, and then somewhat fresher than what Bloor was once I passed! Got home and decided to climb up onto the roof of the house.... so yea, did that! Chilled in the house with the guys, chatted with Jess for a bit, and then when 1 o'clock rolled around I said, I've got to clean this room! And I did, that's why it's now 3:15. And Jay is online and I'm chatting with him and he told me I look like David Faustino from Married with Children..... and that's pretty much my day. Time for Sleep!
